I have a discount code that looks like this:

PACKAGEREDEEM

100% off

I add this at checkout, but they book as normal.

Then in the notes section of the Appointment, NOT their notes - I write:

Tan 1/4 or 2/4 or 3/4 or 4/4

Can you explain why the appointment notes? not the client notes? 

I sell packages but they book at random times - trying to figure out how to keep track of those 

Don't the appointment notes disappear after that particular appt?

my clients are booking my pilates classes through my website no problem but i want to add either a multiple class pass for a discounted rate or just a monthly unlimited class option/price, how do i do this.

Basically, I created a package item & assigned the price of 1 cent per session to them. So when a client with a pacakage books, i choose "prepaid 60 min" which makes their cost due at checkout 1 cent. When I check them out, I just apply 100% discount & cash them out (as record 0 pmt) 

 alternatively, with gift cards,  I started assigning a gift card to their file for 10 cents. Each time i check them out, it takes 1 cent off...so its like credits as opposed to actual dollar amount, if that makes sense.  10 cents = 10 sessions on their file.
