Why are one of my staff members not assigned to a service I want them on?

I have added add members to my appointments service and for some reason one girl keeps popping up the message not assigned to perform service even though I have activated her on that service.

Hi @jsanders9109 ! Like @JTPets has said, any screenshots you can provide here will be helpful! In the meantime, I will provide some solutions/troubleshooting steps below. 

  1. Reset Service Assignment

    • Remove team member from service
    • Save changes
    • Add them back to service
    • Save again
  2. Clear Cache/Data

    • Log out of Square app
    • Clear app cache
    • Log back in
    • Reassign services
Additional Tips
  • Check if the team member's profile is complete
  • Verify their schedule is properly set up
  • Ensure their account is fully activated
 

Could you please confirm:

  1. Is this happening for all services or just specific ones?
  2. Does the issue persist after logging out and back in?
  3. Can other team members be assigned to the same service?

If you can provide any video or screenshots of the correct configuration and the error we can help get it escalated to the correct team if it is a bug, or help correct an issue if it is configuration error.
