I was able to do this and now I cannot? Wasn’t sure if there were new changes now in 2024. Also I do not have online booking as it is just me and I book all of my appointments myself. Thank you

Are you able to provide screenshots or a screen recording of the steps that you previously took to schedule multiple appointments? This will help us take a closer look into what is happening here.
I too am unable to double book without difficulty. I pay the monthly subscription fee as to streamline this process. When I tap the processing time to add a new appointment it picks up the already existing client offering to reschedule. So, now I must take the one I’m trying to schedule and add them to an available opening and make all of the adjustments there. This is not only inconvenient it has “booking error” written all over it, potentially leading to very unhappy customers. Im very dissatisfied since this is why I pay for the subscription.
