I agree that a waitlist is necessary for classes. I do think that if the class is cancelled within the proper timeframe set, then their account can be refunded. But if it falls outside of the set cancellation period, then there is no refund.
Hi @kristen what is the update on being able to book multiple classes at one time? This is severely limiting my ability to earn income because it is cumbersome for clients who want to book multiple class dates at a time. Thank you for your for your assistance, I appreciate it!
I completely agree with @birdiebam and the other comments on this request. I find it absolutely appalling that the booking software lacks such a basic feature as a class waitlist, and what is the point of even having the option to set a cancellation policy if it doesn’t apply to class bookings? The whole Classes feature on Square which is a paid subscription tier is basically unusable because the functions that are available in almost every other appointment booking manager are appallingly lacking from Square.
