Store Credit feature for clients

Is there a feature, or can I make the suggestion to add, where you can go to an individual clients profile and add a positive or negative balance to their account? This feature would be very helpful. Not a gift card balance or anything, but more like a store credit on an individuals account. 

For example, we had a client being checked out after a service and the provider got swept up in conversation and rebooking that they didn't actually check the person out. The client is NOT tech savvy and comes in often so we will charge her at her next appointment. It would be nice to have a way to put a negative balance on her account as a reminder, but also having the availability to do the opposite would be great too... to add a positive balance to someones account.

Yes, we highly recommend this feature, where businesses can issue store credit. Without using self credit card!

This feature is something I would love to have. As a used book store, I offer store credit for customers dropping off used books. I currently track credits manually and because of this, my customers can't shop online and use their credit. Automating the process would be a huge win for both me and my customers.
