Hello, I'm a Square Online seller and website designer for Square Online sellers.
One of my clients has a team of service providers. We've assigned team permissions so the service providers can access features and task-related areas on the Appointments app.
We would like the service providers to have access to Appointments App > More > Notifications
We're looking for help identifying which permissions would allow access to Notifications.
(Right now, under the current permission set, access is denied after tapping Notifications.)

At this time, Square uses the Notifications section of the app to display Account Level important information and for this reason, only Staff members with Full Access on their permission level will be able to access it.

How can we submit a feature request for this?
Providing permissions to see appointment notifications should be allowed, otherwise having permission tiers does not make sense.
To appropriately send these to our product teams we’d love it if you'd submit this request on our Ideate page for Square Appointments. Our team monitors these boards, and we triage them to measure needs. You can search the boards to see if this has been requested before and add your use case if so!
