Is there any way to attach a customized cancellation policy by service?
I'm looking to have two cancellation policies, based on time of service. For example an appointment booked on the calendar that is over 90 minutes, begin either one or multiple services.
My single services vary from 15 to 90 minutes.
This feature could be attached to each item/service. Or, in the cancellation policy settings, based on time in calendar.
Any suggestions?

As far as I know, there is not a cancellation policy per item, but you can add to your cancellation policy in the "additional field" under Appointments>Settings>Payment&Cancellation. The only thing that I could suggest would be to add both terms under the optional field in their own paragraph so its easy for customers to decipher the the two different policies.

Unfortunately, I can't help with this one since our use of the POS system is limited and we don't bill through it for services. Sorry I couldn't be of any help!
