After adding my services and such, I noticed that when attempting to book a service, there are no availabilities to choose from. No matter which date I select, I get "No availability within the next 30 days.".
Any ideas?
Hi @cosmic270. At the risk of being too obvious, when you said “and such” are you including the step that you assigned services to staff and set up each staff member’s availability?
How do I assign a service to a staff member without there being an appointment made already?
EDIT: Under the designated staff member, all services are listed as bookable from 7:00AM-7:00PM Monday-Sunday.
If I’m reading you correctly, especially your later edit, you are saying that you have a staff member listed, that the staff member is an active Team member, and you’ve enabled all services for that staff member, including toggling on “Bookable by customers online?”
If so, you you post a screen shot of that staff member’s setup on your dashboard > Appointments > Staff? Thanks.
Check your other emails calendar to see if you have other ALL DAY appointments. I turned those off, after hours of fumbling around on the app, and fixed my issue.
