I am hiring a new Hairstylist who currently uses Square. Is she able to get my location set up with the same email she uses now before she deactivates it?

Perhaps it would be best for your new Hairstylist to keep her existing Square Account and her current email address as it is - if she needs her Square Account in the future, it's there for her. As for setting her up under your Square Account, I'm thinking that using a new email address (like Gmail) for her would be good option. Then there's no possible conflicts with Accounts. Just my thoughts of course - maybe another Community Member has some thoughts.

I agree with @JK_Fiber_Art that your new hairstylist could keep her existing Square account.
The new hairstylist would need to use a different email address than the one used on their account. If they prefer to use their current email with your business, they'll need to contact our Support team to change the email associated with their account before you add them to your account.
