I cant find anywhere how to see the email correspondence with a customer. I want to verify that the automated confirmation email is going out correctly.
I would reach out to their support team to confirm, but last I heard there is no visibility for us to see the automated emails for customers. We can only see the ones we create through Square's email campaigns (if you're using that feature).
Let me know what you hear! I've asked for visibility into those emails for about awhile now.
