Is there a report listing each individual customer and their associated transaction in appointments?

We are an acupuncture clinic and we need to be able to see each person's separate transactions. I've been able to find everything but this. Is there a report somewhere for it where it lists the patient, their services received, and items purchased?

Hey @HHhealthbeauty, thanks for reaching out! I can certainly see how having a report like this would be helpful, but we do not offer that currently.

A workaround you could use is within Transactions you can input the PAN/last 4 of the card used for payment to filter purchase history as well as apply the time frame intended to search. That can then be exported. Otherwise, if you search for the client in your Directory their purchase history and total spend are listed there as well. This can't be individually exported, but it can be printed, and if a client Group is created then the group as a whole can be exported. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your response. The work around I'm using is similar, by clicking on each individual service on the calendar and putting the information into a spreadsheet. It's very time consuming. I've submitted a feature request for an itemized report. Thank you!

@HHhealthbeauty ;

If you download your csv files from Square you could save time since every Transaction would be listed.

I just did this in 10 min for time frame from 2019 till end of 2023.  See below images:

1st image I Merged all my Items Details Transactions from 2019 to jan 1st 2024

2019-2024 transactions.png

I then selected Insert at the top of the below image and Chose Piviot Table on a New sheet.  On the Right side you can choose different Headers from the spreedsheet  for Rows, Columns, Values, and Filters.  The Red Circled area is to Filter your Results.  Since Customer Name is under Row Label where the Red circle is I chose to filter (search) for a specific Name.  I shortened the Name field to hide last names.

This is the Filter area you get when you tap the down arrow circled in Red in the previous picture.  Below you can see the Customer Field section near the Top of the Search Field pop up box, if you follow down there is a Search Box where you can type in a customers Name.  If you Type in John you would get All customers with John in their name to choose from.  Weather John is part of First or Last name.  I choose John ********* to search for specifically.

Here are my results:  The 3x3 Pillars and 3x6 Pillars are my Item names, I usually have a variation to show which pillar by scent or color if unscented.

This would save you time copiny each transaction to a spreedsheet, just a thought.

My solution was to export my Transactions as a CSV.  Once you open it in Excel or  Google sheets you can Insert a Pivot table to another sheet to Filter by customer.  You could also get a list of what all customers spent by having the customer name in a row or column and the Gross Sales in the value area.    Then if you filter by customer name you can see it for just a certain customer.  You can add multiple columns for services or items of the customer also in the pivot table.  If you merge all CSVs over the years you could get one huge pivot table to quickly look through.

To learn more of using a pivot table just google pivot table for your favorite Spreedsheet program  Excel an Sheets are the 2 I mainly use.

Quick video on Power Query and a Pivot Chart appending 2 csv files.  I believe you would want method one to append all years transactions to one giant sheet to get one pivot table, your column headers would be differnet but the idea is the same.
