I want my business phone to receive all appointment booking notifications for all of my providers instead of my personal phone but I cant find anywhere to change it. I am also a provider so i still want notifications on my phone. Does anyone know how to do this?
Go to your Staff - update their phone number to the business phone number, toggle off the button that says "alert owner of appointment activity" (since this is the wrong number), and turn on the one that notifies that staff member of appointment updates. You can do this will all service providers.

Thank you for reaching out about changing this information to receive those notifications. I am going to assume you used your personal phone number to sign up for your Square account, correct?
If you'd like to get that changed, I would recommend reaching out to our CS Team directly: 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport.
Once you make the change, all text notifications from Square will go to that number.
