How do I change the availability on the calendar? I can't find the button/page to manage what days clients can book on line. Square has made some changes since I last edited the availability of the calendar.

From your square dashboard (pc) you can navigate to Appointments>Calendar. In the top right there is clock next to the "create appointment" button. Click on that, You can then edit your availability (one time, or recurring)

This is exactly how I USED to do this. BUT NOW, the little gear icon no longer exists on the calendar page, so HOW DO I CHANGE AVAILABILITY? I have my regular hours set, but sometimes I need to have different hours on certain days. HOW do I do that without a gear icon?
i guess we can't get real help from Square...i'm having the same issue. i guess we just ask a question here and let it hang in the cyberverse?

I just took a look at the Appointments Calendar in the Square Dashboard and was able to see the Icon to adjust the availability. Are you still not able to find it on your end?
i realized that only one computer can have the schedule adjust icon at one time. So if two computers have square appointments open, one will not show it.
