Hello @ttopautodetail, I am happy to help! To cancel an appointment through the app do the following:
1. Select the existing appointment from the Calendar view.
2. Scroll down > tap Cancel Appointment.
3. Tap Notification Type to select if and how you’d like to notify your customer of the cancellation > add an optional custom message.
4. Tap Cancel Appointment.
