Editing the Embedded Booking Flow that is part of Instagram's "Book Now" button

I recently did a bit of a rebrand/retouch of my square website recently, and everything is going smoothly except for my booking flow. When customers click the book now button in my instagram, they are redirected to https://book.squareup.com/appointments/0erfp56g5hnb6o/location/LKYAW2NYADFJ5/services as opposed to any part of my new website https://book.squareup.com/appointments/0erfp56g5hnb6o/location/LKYAW2NYADFJ5/services

I have tried to change this many times, through editing my square website, through trying to change what the homepage is, etc, and I can't manage to edit how that first link shows up so that it's updated to what the rest of the website looks like. I have also linked and unlinked instagram several times without success.

Please help!

Thanks for your post. 

I’ve reached out to our Appointments specialists who’ve advised that you should be able to edit where the Instagram action button navigates to, directly from your Instagram Business Profile. Unfortunately without access to your Square account or Instagram Business Profile, we wouldn’t be able to look at the options available to you more closely here on the Community.

Looking at the Instagram Help Center, I can see the Instagram Book Button integration is with Appointments by Square specifically, so it would make sense that it links to your Square Appointments booking flow. However, you may wish to query with Instagram directly, if you’re able to edit this to redirect to the services list or book now page of your Square Online site instead.  

If Instagram is unable to provide a workaround, you can also consider connecting your Square Online website to Meta for Business directly from your Square Online Dashboard.

To do this: 

1. Go to Online > Online Sales Channels from your online Square Dashboard.
2. Next to “Meta for Business,” click Get started to configure.
3. Follow the prompts, then wait for Square and Meta for Business to complete the integration.

Again, as these integration options are fully managed by Meta, we would need your to reach out to them directly if you need support with anything that’s managed from your Business Profile.

I just want to take off the online square booking from my business.  It won't let it be deleted   please help.
