I own and operate a golf studio / simulator business and use the Square appointment booking feature for clients to reserve the SIM. They prepay for their time requested and we confirm their reservation.
I do not understand why we cannot use the coupon and discount features that are already built in our admin panel for “items” in the item library. I understand our product is considered a “service” and must be created as such to enable the appointment booking feature. But why can I not utilize the marketing tools that Square has already developed?
This is asinine. Please help me understand why service-based businesses (ie personal trainers, hair stylists, massage therapists, sports instructors, etc) cannot use these tools?!!
