So I just looked back at the prior threads and in 2019, it was said you were going to be taking care of being able to change text notifications before appointments. Has this been done and how do you do it?
Hi @OSBS. I double checked the help documentation to be sure. Text notifications can not be customized.
Having said that, I’d love to see a link or a screen shot where someone from Square committed to adding this feature. I know the feature request has been submitted, but when I looked at the threads I could find, there was no public commitment from Square about actually putting this feature on the roadmap. So, if you have a link to that statement, maybe we could check with that Square employee and see what can be found out from them. (Of course, since they aren’t supposed to commit to this sort of stuff, that employee might not even be an employee any more, eh?)

It has not been updated yet. The only messages that can be customized are emails inside the "Communication" tab.
