I am trying to utilize Square Appointments with my business that is strictly online, but there's no option for virtual appointments; there's only options for in-person or phone appointments.
When accepting appointments, I can write out a message and include a Google Meet link, but it clearly states that the message will appear at the top of the client's EMAIL notification... most people don't regularly check their emails anymore, and have most, if not all of these types of notifications go to their phone, but because of the link only going to the email notification, the client may see it too late or may never see it at all.
With that, I would also love it if I could connect my Google Calendar with the basic Square Appointments (not just with Plus) and Google Meet to my appointments so that way when I approve an appointment, the client gets the Google Meet link in their approval message and the appointment automatically gets added to my Google Calendar. I hate to say it, but this is where Calendly has Square beat!
