Can I export my waitlist?
I have decided to close my waitlist as it grew to an untenable amount of requests. Is there a way to export the data so I can set the list aside and work from it without it staying active? It grows by 5-10 people a day and my solo enterprise is not able to accommodate.
Thanks!
Angela

Hi there @Aelsbeth,
You've raised a really great question here!
As of now, Square Appointments does not support the functionality to export the Waitlist. However, I have passed this feedback on to our Appointments team for their consideration.
Meanwhile, a workaround could be to take screenshots of each page of your Waitlist to create a printable copy.
I hope this helps!

Hi again, @Aelsbeth,
I wanted to provide an update after gathering more information from our Appointments team regarding the Waitlist.
They have confirmed that you can maintain a record of your Waitlist on your account without accepting new entries. To do this, you need to disable the Waitlist for Online Bookings. You can accomplish this by going to your Appointments Overview page in your Dashboard and navigating to Calendar & Booking.
I've attached a screenshot for your reference.
Let me know if you have any issues with this on your end!
