I will start off by saying I am brand new to square and appointments. I apologize if this has already been asked or if this is a known feature.
Is it possible to automatically assign all staff members to an appointment that a client books online?
We need this so the staff can discuss amongst themselves who would like to take the appointment.
All staff needs to be notified, or even better would be a group that would be notified via text, email, push.
Also, if there is a better way to do this, that I am just not thinking of, please let me know. I want to learn all I can. Thanks!

I reached out to the Square Appointments Team on this one. They've let me know that "We don't have any way of doing this. We can have it so it'll book with the first available staff member, but there's no way to just have an appointment come in and then assign it."
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news for this one 😓 but please do let me know if you happen to have any additional questions.
Since this feature is not currently active, the work around would be to assign staff to take these service types, then turn off the ability for clients to choose their service provider. That way you can modify without the client knowing and the group can discuss. I honestly thinks this makes for a more seamless booking process anyways.
