Appointments are not sending text messages reminders to customers

My customers are not getting Text confirmation for their appointments.

Everything seems to be correctly set on the settings.

Hi there @lperezdude, thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community.

 

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue, there's a few different reasons this may be happening. 

 

  • It's possible that the customer who hasn't been receiving notifications may have opted out of notifications accidentally. This article should help if that may have happened.
  • Check that the client has a valid phone number. 
  • We will only send Text Message reminders if the client's preferred notification method includes Text Message notifications.

If you're still having trouble after testing with your customers, definitely reach out directly so our Support team can take a closer look and do some digging with you.
