My customers are not getting Text confirmation for their appointments.
Everything seems to be correctly set on the settings.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue, there's a few different reasons this may be happening.
We will only send Text Message reminders if the client's preferred notification method includes Text Message notifications.
If you're still having trouble after testing with your customers, definitely reach out directly so our Support team can take a closer look and do some digging with you.
