Where is feature to cancel an appointment if a client? The option is no where on the site after login. It allows to book another but nothing else! It used to be there but as of Dec 2023 it's gone! No answers anywhere

actually we are able to cancel it manually as you described, but the option to cancel as a client is not. The option to cancel is not available on the screen as apparently I found out after posting this - i reached support and in settings there is an option to turn it off or on - to allow client to cancel or reschedule. But i never went to settings to turn it off and have used appointments for years. My clients have always been able to cancel or reschedule. Support said it has to be manually done by admin on company side but i didn't- so not sure why as of this month it was? Thanks for your input.

Are you missing the ability to cancel Appointments from the Square Dashboard?
I was just able to test this and was able to find the feature when Editing the Appointment > Click on More > Cancel Appointment
