App VS webiste

OK so i have the appointments app...then decided to make the website and everything is linked.  HOWEVER...theres certain things I can do on my app that doesnt appear on the website under booking. ( for example...i have a service with a drop down menu on the app...but doesnt show the drop down menu on the website)...this is a huge problem for me Am I doing something wrong?  I want to throw my computer in the trash! lol
