Our online store has a security verification on it. We didn't put this on our site and aren't sure how it got there or how to control it.
Our issue is if someone is attempting to access our website via cell phone and doesn't have current updates on their browser, they receive a 404 message on our website which is causing a TON of issues.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just went to your site and the verification popped up for a second, then opened your website. I didn't have to click on I'm a human to get access.
A few things I would check is who controls the Domain/DNS.
In Square Dashboard they can go to Channels → Square Online → Website → Domains and see whether the domain is managed by Square or connected from another provider. Square supports both Square-hosted domains and third-party domains.
Who is the domain registered with Square, Godaddy..etc. I would contact their support to see if they have Cloudflare proxy, Bot protection or challenge rules enabled.
It sounds like the Domain host has it enabled. I just checked my site and it doen't pop up. My domain names are hosted by NameSilo.
we actually have two domains- one via square (shopamityvilleapothecary.com) and one with godaddy (amityvilleapothecary.com)- apparently this is coming from Square (both sites point to the same place)
Thanks for checking @rtfulk!
I had a look too @DinaLRosenberg and didn't see it while I was on my work laptop, but the pop-up did appear when I'm on my personal phone. Similar to Randy, it came up briefly and then I was automatically directed to the site as normal.
From chatting with our ECOM team, this is a check designed to filter abusive traffic while allowing legitimate shoppers to continue; it exists to preserve capacity for real buyers. The reported screen is only a temporary, in-between verification. Most legitimate visitors should pass automatically or after completing the brief check.
If customers are being blocked, loop on the challenge, or abandoning at a measurable rate, please share with us the timestamp or a rough time estimate when it happened, country/network, browser/device, and Ray ID (which is the number you can see at the bottom of the screenshot) so our ECOM support team can investigate.
what's happening is 1) if I send a link to a specific item (say a class we are promoting) the customers get a 404 message because you can't by-pass the security check and that check is ONLY on the homepage and 2) if the customer is accessing from a phone that isn't updated or their web browser isn't updated they get a 404.
We are running a Facebook ad campaign and we're getting multiple comments (see below) that our site is 404.
Of course I checked the ad campaign and links and they're working and correct.

Appreciate the additional information @DinaLRosenberg ! Would you be able to share a link to the actual Facebook post/ad? That way, I can try to reproduce the flow the customers are on and get our team to investigate further as needed.
Tagging in @katie and @LeahK just in case you reply while I'm out!
