Low sales after transition

I’ve transitioned from Etsy about 6 weeks ago and I’ve only had one sale so far. I don’t have any special deals with square and I’d like to stay away from additional expenses as much as possible so I’m currently not spending any on advertising (2021 I spent $800 in ads and made $825 back, that’s with me regularly updating keywords and tracking placement - lots of work for little return, if I commit a ton to advertising I’m sure it could work but not going to do that at the moment). I’m operating the business the same as I was before and have pretty much the same traffic numbers and have shared the new site with previous customers to try to push referrals to the new site. Any ideas on how to generate some sales? Any feedback is greatly appreciated too!! (www.crystalstore.co/) I fear that people aren’t trusting a new platform since Etsy is known and reputable, I’m just not sure. It was so much work to transition so I plan on sticking here for at least a while and see how far I can go from here. Thanks!

Why abandon Etsy? You can run a website at the same time and direct Etsy customers to your website through a flyer when you ship.  Maybe offer a discount. Will save Etsy fees and build a customer base outside of Etsy.  .

I had an awful experience with them in December that was the final straw. I paid over $1000 in fees to Etsy last year and on Dec 6 they shut my store down for 35 days. I was on the phone every day for multiple hours to get it back up, they claimed my business paperwork was wrong but in the end I never actually had any problems. I had probably 20 different case workers, I was recording their messages, kept a log of all the managers I spoke to, it was awful. I lost out on all of my holiday sales, I had spent 3 months prior listing 160 items to prepare for the rush and they nearly killed my business.
