Does anyone know why this is coming up when a customer tries to add to cart?

Not sure if you managed to resolve your issue however, this comes up when something is not right with your web site configuration - for example: You could have another Store Location setup so the system wants to know that info first before proceeding. Try clicking on the list of web pages drop down and scroll until you find “Store Locator.” Delete this page. You could also have a conflict if you selected both selected both "Buy Now" and "pickup" options. Just a few things to look at.
