How many of you have a customer loyalty or rewards program? Do you have any tips or advice for folks who are just getting started? Reply and share what has worked - or not worked - for your business!
We have tried the loyalty/rewards program. Unfortunately it didn't go over well, most of our clients prefer not being bothered with stuff like that. We've had our regulars and I usually offer them something free or greatly discounted at their current time of purchase or if they prefer, their next time they do business with us. Around the holidays, we also sometimes do mail-outs where we send free masks, patches, or whatever to loyal customers.
I actually JUST started mine up! I have 20% off your next service if you come back in in 30 days to bring clients in more. And another one for a free upgrade!
I use a simple Rewards card - one punch for every $20 spent, fill the card ($200 total spend) and receive $20 off on your next visit. I also offer the option to donate it back to the store & I then donate the discounted card to a local family services non-profit to give to clients in need. Works great!
