Discounts not showing on printed receipts

Hi,

 

Since late September my printed receipts no longer show applied discounts, even though email/SMS receipts still do. This is a change from how Square behaved previously. My settings (Show item description, Show discounts, etc.) are all enabled, and I’m applying discounts from my Discounts library at checkout.

 

Can you confirm if this is an intentional update to receipt formatting, or a bug? Customers expect to see the discount line on their paper receipt, and it was showing until recently.

 

I have Screenshots: one printed receipt (no discount shown) vs one email receipt (discount line visible) for same transaction available 

 

Email receipt shows the discount. printed doesn’t.
