Is there a way to change a customer's shipping details after they place an order? We've been busier than normal and we've had quite a few instances of customers using old, saved addresses in their computers when checking out instead of the proper, current address.
They then send us an email with the issue... which creates the following process:
1) we print out email
2) we print out order or find the order (where it is in progress)
3) we pull the order basket- write a BIG note on the front page - CHANGE OF ADDRESS
4) we manually change address in the shipping client instead of being able to import or cut/paste
Are we able to edit the address inside of the order or is this the only way?

Unfortunately, at this time, there is not an option to change any shipping or billing information once an order has been placed. The only time you can update the address is when creating a shipping label, if you use our internal tools for that, but it will not adjust the actual order information.
