My loyalty points customers are being sent an emailed requiring them to download the Cash Ap to review their loyalty points. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there a setting I need to change?
We don't use Cash Ap.
Also, I had set up our loyalty points to never expire. All of a sudden customers are being told they expire in a year. How do I change this?
@OurCupCakery Using Cash App to review their loyalty points is entirely optional. Square provides this for convenience, only. It doesn't mean that customers have to use Cash App to pay, though. It allows them a quick, easy way to keep up with their loyalty accounts. However....
