Square ID verification//am i just out of luck?

I do not have the physical copy of my license nor do I have a passport. Already have the money in account so when I go to withdraw I learned that I have to do verify my account, I tried to use a photo of ID and it does not work I tried to call customer service, they are very unhelpful. I have until the 16th of next month to verify my account, I don't know what happens next maybe they will close my account if I'm unable to, would this be resulting in losing my money on my account? what can I do? Is there anything possible? Or was this just a way to take my account? Why not verify BEFORE someone seeks to take money off their account?

What can I do?

HI @Nataliefliesaki .  Are you able to get a physical copy of your license before the 16th? By doing so online possibly and expediting the service so you receive it before the 16th of next month?
