Hi

Is it possible to setup business locations with different ABNs under one square account?

So under one square account - Business A, Business B. All businesses have different ABN but under one main entity.

If that is not possible, is there a way to see 5-6 different dashboard under one account? Don't need to see all the data, just daily revenue & sales within one central dashboard is enough.

Can you have multiple business locations with different ABNs under one Square account?

No, not if the ABNs are different legal entities.

In Square, one account is tied to:

• A single legal entity

• A single ABN (for AU)

• One tax reporting structure

You can have multiple locations under one account, but they must all operate under the same ABN/legal entity. If Business A and Business B have different ABNs, they need separate Square accounts. You wouldn't be able to switch between locations if they were on separate accounts, but if you create multiple locations for your business, you can switch between locations in the Dashboard.
