I need to transfer ownership but the system will not allow ne to go any further that the verify page

I need to transfer ownership of of the system that’s operating in our bowling club Bar. Having navigated to the Transfer Ownership page, and made several attempts to complete the required verification (as shown on the accounts page), the system Denys me access as it says my details are incorrect even when entered exactly as shown, AM I MISSING SOME VITAL STEP ???

Square apparently has issues with transfers,  and we're dealing with one ourselves. Us and the seller are meeting Tuesday with the Square rep to get it all sorted out.
