I am on the Square Plus tier and I'd like to calculate my Inventory Turn on an SKU basis. But as far as I can tell I cannot extract historic inventory values by SKU, correct?
Has anyone developed a way to find this information? I know about the "Inventory by Category" but I want SKU level data.
Both Inventory Turn and GMROI require an averaged inventory value in the formula and this is an incredibly basic Retail metric.
