Can I get help with Custom Pricing for one of my location?

We have been trying to get in touch with the custom rate sales team. We have a custom rate and when we bought a new device, we signed in and switch the location name, the rate defaulted to the higher rate. We cannot get anyone to adjust our rate back to the custom rate for the new location name. 

 

I HAVE 3 CASES OPEN BECAUSE OF THIS ONE REASON. ITS BEEN 2 AND A HALF MONTHS Since early December 2025. I HAVE CALLED SALES TEAM, SUBMITTED A FORM ONLINE, CALLED 2 DIFFERENT SUPPORT NUMBERS. TRIED EVERY AVENUE WE WERE ASKED. ALL I HAVE GOTTEN IS APOLOGIES AND FALSE PROMISES. 

 

At this point this needs to be public because support is A SHAME. No one cares to follow up. I keep getting the run around and I've been told that the sales team will follow up OVER AND OVER. Sales team is not existent. We are at the point to switch companies because support at Square does not exist. Look at these forums.
