At times, we experience employee terminations, while in other instances, employees choose to leave voluntarily. Our primary goal is to enable the assignment of customer information to specific employees effectively.
1. Capture customer names and their associated data (sorted by employee)
2. Implement a feature for creating and using group text messages, sorted by specific employees. For example, create a group for Employee A, encompassing 600 customers served by EMP A. We should have the capability to send group texts, emails, both manually and through automation.
3. Track revenue on both an employee and customer basis.
4. Simplify the process of sending personalized text messages to individual customers. ( this helps a business to create a custom advertisement)
5. Allow for customer sorting: Eg 😆 Employee A, categorizing them as new customers, returning customers, high spenders, low spenders, even sort by tips, discounts availed and more. This functionality will aid us in making informed business decisions.
Key functions:
Allow sorting of customers by specific employee
within specific employee add another filter of sorting by
highest spender, lower spender, even by tips ( high - low), number of visits etc, new customers, old customers.
