square and wix checkout not working australia

Im in Australia and the checkout is not working on my square/wix booking checkout because of the postcode question below card details. How do I get rid of the postcode question please help!!!

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Wix integration!

 

Because Wix build and support their integration with Square, you'll need to get in touch with them as to whether this field can be removed from the Wix payment flow. While this is generally not a required field in Australia for online card payments, are you finding it still won't work when customers enter their postcode, or are they just confused by the field as a requirement?

This is happening to me aswell, I'm through weebly but I have lost so many sales because its glitching and not allowing my customers to checkout it won't work!!! how do I fix this???

Your customers should be able to complete the checkout by entering the postcode associated with their payment card. Please let us know in which part of the checkout you're experiencing glitching so we can look into this further!

Yes they have done this but it still won’t let them check out, it won’t let them place order and they keep trying but it won’t let them continue any further
