my square reporting in myob stopped working

Hello Square POS installed last November 2022 and MYOB and bank feed transactions were happily working until May 1st 2023. Bank transactions still going to bank, but the consequent MYOB equivalents stopped at that time.

 

I can still manually download from bank and import or manually add MYOB transactions, I am just not sure why they stopped so abruptly.

 

I discovered the Square absentee data in August 2023  when reconciling data for Fy2023.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with MYOB and Square. Have you considered reaching out to them and asking them if other users have reported these sorts of situations? Troubleshooting integrations is always complicated because over here we only see the option to connect or disconnect. 

 

Typically what I recommend other Sellers do is to disconnect the integration from Square and then redo it. But before I have you do that, I advise reaching out to MYOB first so they can better guide you with this.

Thanks for reply.

 

MY first port of call was MYOB support, who referred me to Square after they were unable to assist with resolution.

 

I thought the community may have some insights, but will now approach Square support as 3rd cab  off the rank.

 

Always tricky when you are stuck between two service providers isn't it? ....🤞
