Hi there, I've registered for the free G suite trial. I've received the google confirmation email and tried to login to the admin panel. However, when I enter the registered email address google won't let me login and refers to contacting the admin. But that's me. How can I access my gsuite admin console and email? Hi, I'm experiencing the same thing. Did you manage to login to G Suite?
From what I have read, it looks as though I should have received a communication from Square with my username and password for G Suite, though haven't received one yet. Does anyone know if Square emails out login credentials for G Suite if G Suite is purchased via Square? Thanks!

When you buy Google Workspace from a reseller, they set up your account. Contact your reseller to request the username and password for your Google Workspace administrator account.

Thanks for the link! I think that there might be some confusion here between Square and Squarespace?
While we have similar names and both provide online store platforms, we're actually two completely separate companies not related to each other. The article references Squarespace, but as far as I know there is no equivalent function here for Square unfortunately!
Thanks Seamus, fairly sure it was Square that I set the G Suite account up via. )I don't have a Squarespace account and to double check, I typed my email address into the Squarespace login and received error message "this email address was not found". )
When in my Square Online Dashboard, if I click my company name top right, the drop down menu options are "Hire a Site Designer" , "Add Site" , "Domain" , "G Suite" , "Account Settings" "Log Out"
I clicked the "G Suite" option, which takes me to https://square.online/home/emails and there was an option there to link custom emails to my domain via G Suite. After clicking that link and activating the G Suite trial with a custom email address, the current message on that page says "This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts." There's an option to "Go to inbox" which then takes me to the previously mentioned sign in screen "Your account has not been verified. Ask your Google Workspace administrator to verify the domain associated with your account. Find your administrator." I am the administrator though do not have an email with the login credentials.
When I click on "Support" from my Square dashboard, I'm redirected to https://squareup.com/help/au/en. When I search G Suite, I am redirected to this article https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6959-create-aliases-of-an-email-address. The image in this article is how my G Suite page looks ie same orange band with message "This G Suite account......"
The blue hyperlinked text in first para of the support article links to "www.weebly.com....create an email address" - which redirects to squareup.com/help dashboard (not to a specific article as expected.)
When I'm in https://square.online/home/account/services, the services listed are "Professional" , "G Suite Email" , "Domain" all charged to my credit card. There is an option in the Account>My Services to Manage G Suite Email Subscription which seems to indicate that Square is my reseller for this product?
Not 100% sure, though feel I'm missing a welcome email with login credentials that should have come from Square as the reseller of G Suite?

Jumped into the Weebly Community and found this thread - https://community.weebly.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false... - suggesting that the user I created needs to be made an admin.
"Thanks for your post, @needweeblyhelp. I just made the user you created an admin of your G Suite service (this should normally happen automatically). You should now be able to log into the admin console for the service and accept Google's terms of service so it completes configuration.

Thanks for pressing on this, it looks like there are some management options here that I was not previously aware of!
I did locate this support page - Regain Access to a G Suite Admin Account - which has a guide on recovering access to a G Suite account. I'm not sure this is the exact issue you're seeing, but if this doesn't help I would recommend getting in touch with our support team for further assistance with this, they may have further insight into how this works than I'm able to see via our forum here.
