Verifying Transaction

I’ trying to verify my transaction which has been processed in April.I’m trying to do that by uploading Invoice.It is taking hours  and hours to upload a single document.But still it hasn't been uploaded very annoying.My deposits has put on hold until i verify it.Try up load it many times till today.

 

Emailed customer service team two days back but no response till now.

 

No customer care for Melbourne

 

No Online chat.

 

At last i got a contact number and it is asking for customer code but i did not find it any where in my profile.

 

Who is going to take care of customers with out communication.

 

Really annoying .

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble getting in touch with us. It sounds like you tried to reach out to us outside of our business hours.

 

When you call support on 1800 760 137, from  Monday - Friday, between 9am-5pm Melbourne time, you won't need a customer code. 

 

Our online chat support is also available during these business hours. To start a chat with support: 

 

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us"

 

While we can't take action on accounts via our community forum, the support team would be happy to help you upload your documents!
