Hi,
Just had a customer order something and then stated that there was an error with his address; that he put the unit number in, but when checkout was complete, it was removed.
I attempted to edit it for him, but every time I tried (even with other customers), it would just revert back to what was there! (Yes, I also hit save).
Only one solution worked, and I had to hit 'mark as sent' right after the address was changed and it took the change...but now it shows as sent, when it is not and I cannot find a way to undo the status...
Any help around this will be greatly appreciated!
