Battery wonโt charge have tried
many power outlets and cords also have tried reset.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements outside of the warranty period outlined here. However, our Support Team can help determine whether the issue lies with the device itself or if it's related to the power cords. You can also complete some troubleshooting steps outline in this guide under "Hub for Square Terminal Troubleshooting".
I understand that you're outside the warranty replacement period, but depending on your situation, you may only need to purchase a replacement Hub. It's always worth checking to see if that's the case.

I am having the same problem with a terminal. I have spken to Square but because it only weeks out of warranty they won't help/replace for a new one. Seems to be a big problem on all the forums.

Hi Laurie, i have trouble shooted it and no luck. I have diposed of it. Just disappointing the lack of quality in this product and if you read all the forums this is actually a problem that should be fixed..
