Services on instgram book now button not showing

Hi There, 

I've just linked my appointments by square to my instagram through the book now button but it is not showing the list of my services. How can i fix this?

Hey @Ramona1,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Instagram integration!

This one is going to be a bit tricky for me to troubleshoot on our Seller Community forum, and I've not used this integration myself in the past, but I'll try and give some general tips and ask a couple of questions to see if I can tell anything more:

- If you've not already, make sure you're following the steps exactly per this guide.

- Is your current Square account a multi-location account? If so, have you verified the location linked to Instagram is the same as the one set up for services?

- When you click the button, is it displaying a blank page, or a Square/Instagram service page but with no services listed?

Keep in mind that our team is limited to helping with what they are able to see or control on the Square side. Sometimes these issues can be on the Instragram side, and you may be required to seek further guidance from them!
