Remove, or make optional, the maximum 1,000 loyalty point adjustment
Hello,
Currently when you adjust a customers loyalty points. You are artificially capped to only adding 1,000 points at a time.
We occasionally need to add up to 50,000 loyalty points. And the 1,000 limitation is quite annoying. Perhaps there could be an admin option to set the maximum point adjustment value? Rather than making it blanket 1,000 for all.
For reference:
The way we use the loyalty point system to effectively give 10% off for members. When you spend $1.00 you get 10 points. And 1 point is worth 1c.
So if you buy a product worth $5,000 you get 50,000 points worth $500. If this isn't processed correctly at the POS, or the customer erroneously rejects the points, we have to add them manually. And it's a big pain when this happens.
Thanks.

Hi @UPCB,
Thank you for sharing your feature request!
You’re correct that the current manual functionality for adding Loyalty points is capped at 1,000 points per adjustment.
If you only need to apply a larger number of points for a small number of customers, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly to see if they can manually apply the desired amount from their end. While I’m not aware of any immediate plans to change this feature, we’ll be sure to share updates with Loyalty Sellers if this limitation is addressed in the future.
