I have a Wix shop but when I get to the payment section, it reads:
There is a problem with your payment
There was a technical error. Try again in a few minutes or try another payment method. Still not working? Contact the site to complete your purchase.
I cannot get the payment through. Wix thinks it is a problem with the Square connection but I can't figure out what is going wrong. Does anyone know what this problem is related to?

Your account might not be active for payment processing at the moment. Here are a few things you can troubleshoot from your end:
1. Check if your account still needs to be activated. Log into your Dashboard and follow the sign-up guide in the top right-hand corner.
2. There might be an outstanding information request form in your Dashboard. A notification and link to the form are accessible via the top right-hand corner. We recommend using a computer and supported browser such as Google Chrome when completing this.
If you're still having trouble with your account after going through these steps, reach out to our support team directly so we can take a look at your account. You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email:
1. Sign in to your Square account
2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact
3. Click on any topic, then "I don't see my issue"
4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type "support" to bring up a list of contact methods.

Many thanks for getting back to me. I am seriously tearing my hair out not being able to get this up and running and sell things on behalf of our soccer club.
