Good Morning.
I started my business with Square last Wed.
My transfer setting is 'Automatic' and bank account is linked and verified.
On my square dash board - Balance - Available balance is still there. And 'Upcoming transfers' is all 'pending'
I am not sure I should wait more for automatic transfer or need to change some options. Please let me know what I have to do.
How can I get my money from the sQuare?

It sounds like there might be an outstanding information request form for you to complete.
I know this sounds alarming, but Square periodically reviews all accounts to make sure Square is a secure place to do business for everyone. When we place an account under review, we temporarily suspend transfers to linked bank accounts until the review is resolved.
This review should be completed within a business day. If Account Services needs any additional information from you, they will reach out via email.

I didn't recive my money after using square. They are holding on to my funds for longer than usual. Why?

Square has withheld my transactions for a week now. They have asked for information on a particular transaction which I have given them. But still the money hasn't been deposited into my account. I can't seem to find anyone ( human ) to speak to regarding this matter. I am reluctant to use Square if this is going to continue.
