I often post out limited edition prints. I was previously using shopify and they had a very useful field when fulfilling web orders where you could leave a note to yourself on the order, so if it got lost in the post it was very easy to find which print number it was. Can't seem to find anything similar in Square, but was wondering if I'd simply missed it.

While you can allow customers to leave notes when completing the checkout, there's currently no option to add notes to orders when marking them as completed. I'd be happy to pass this on to our team as feedback! It would be great if you could share a bit more about when you'd usually add a note, and what you'd like to be able to track.
