Issues with Coupon Codes not applying at Checkout

I have made several coupon codes to try. I have made QR codes and links which take me to the website but do not take the discount off at check out. Please help

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"
