Is it possible to edit the price of a customer's active subscription?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Edit Subscription Payment not working.

I'm trying to edit a clients subscription payment, but it doesn't seem to be saving. 
I've followed all the steps, going to Subscriptions > click on the subscription > edit subscription details > change price > click save. Once I click save, the price changes, on the pop up window, but when I exit that window it reverts back to the same price as before. 

Any help would be appreciated.

While you can modify certain elements of a customer's active subscription, changing the price of an active subscription is not possible at this time.

I recommend visiting our Ideate Board to check for any existing feature requests related to this functionality. If you find one, please add your support and share your use case. If not, feel free to create a new request.

In the meantime, to change the price, you'll need to cancel the current subscription and set up a new one for the customer.

Is this still valid, or has it been updated in the past year?  We already had to have all of our subscripers resign up when we switched to Square Subs, and would really hate to ask them to have to resign up again.

Yes, the information shared above is still current - at this time, changing the price of an active subscription isn't possible.
