How to Create Pop-Up Window on Website

How can we do this safely… like does switching modes mean that we could lose stuff?

By "switching modes," could you go into a bit of detail on what modes it offers or where this is presented?

You can definitely add a pop-up to your website. To do so, please feel free to follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Online.

2. Click Communications > Pop-ups.

3. Choose pop-up type to open the pop-up editor.

4. Go to Style and Content and settings in the editing panel to customise the pop-up. You can also use the buttons at the top of the editor to see how it displays on mobile or check out the confirmation message.

Thanks for your reply Sammie. I'm sorry I don't know what the "mode" is called. It's to do with the shipping/delivery page showing at the beginning when a visitor first sees the page. I want them to be able to select their pickup date and time right from the beginning of their order.

t’s the (I’ve found what it’s called) template option - shop all or order online 

Is there a way to use the shop all template… but have the popup of the "order online” template with the select pick-up schedule window appearing on page load?

From the set of directions I sent over on setting up a pop-up for your website viewers, were you able to take a look at the Style and Content and settings sections to see if you could adjust the template page on there?
